Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
New extension installs require a non-refundable deposit at booking.
